I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I’ve been a paying monthly member for over a year and a half and use this location often. One of the main reasons I keep my membership is for the 20% discount on oil changes. Today, after sitting in nearly an hour of traffic, I arrived at 5:20 PM because I was told oil changes close at 6 PM. Jay, the employee working there, told me they couldn’t take me because they needed time to clean before closing. If you stop accepting oil-change customers earlier than 6 PM, that should be clearly posted or communicated. As a loyal paying member, this was extremely frustrating and misleading. I was so disappointed with how this was handled that I canceled my membership. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Area Operations Manager, Darren, regarding my experience. He was extremely apologetic and took my concerns seriously. He assured me that changes will be made to prevent this from happening again and personally contacted the store manager to make sure I’m taken care of. I had been happy with this car wash for a while. The wash itself is quick and seamless, and having the vacuums available is a nice convenience. Some of the vacuums have stronger suction than others, but they generally get the job done. The team drying the cars works quickly, although they miss a few spots. Overall, it’s a good value if you have the monthly membership and wash your car regularly. Unfortunately, my experience changed when a piece of trim from my side mirror came off during a wash. I returned the same day as soon as I noticed it. I was told they would look for it, but because cars were still going through, they couldn’t find it and asked me to come back or call later. No one ever answered the phone, so I returned again, only to be told they couldn’t find the part and that was essentially the end of it. What disappointed me most wasn’t that the part was lost. Things happen. It was the complete lack of a process to document the incident, file a report, or discuss a claim. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the situation beyond saying “sorry.” Customer service matters most when something goes wrong, and that’s where this experience fell short. Highly Recommend! We showed up with TWO cars for oil changes and they took us in immediately. The service was professional, quick, reasonably priced, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The waiting area was comfortable and the whole experience was easy and efficient. And it's not just oil changes-if you need a car wash, air in your tires, or other basic car care, they do it all in one place. Fast, friendly, cor, nient, and a great value. We'll definitely be back!

Went to get a quick car wash and oil change, amazing service and did not take up too much time! The staff were super friendly and honest. Shaun(hope that’s how you spell the name) was fun to talk with and kill time while I waited especially because he helped entertain my kids!! Would definitely recommend to everyone, very nice and professional!!!
